We believe in win-win relationship and will invest our time and effort at the earlier stages. In other words, all expenses incurred by us from stage 1 to 5 are for our account and no fee is payable until an offer is made. Our consultancy fee, which is computed by percentage of fund raised, would be discussed and confirmed by both parties during Mandate stage.
